What We Do
Qikiqtani Retail Services Limited (QRSL) has been serving the City of Iqaluit for over 20 years. Our core service is gas and retail. We own and operate the Baffin Gas Bar conveniently located in Iqaluit’s city core and which is a common place for Iqalummiut to stock up on supplies and to rent survival equipment before going out on the land.
Over the years we have responded to Iqaluit’s needs and have offered catering services as well as a coffee shop and a deli station at satellite locations. However in our 20 years of business, providing gas, convenience items, and hunting supplies has remained at the heart of our business.
How We Do It
Community Commitment
QRSL is dedicated and committed to our community. We offer discounts to our Elders and members of the Hunter and Trappers Associations. We give back to our community through supporting our local community groups and events through donations and gift vouchers.
We are committed to your safety when on the land. We have everything you need to be safe and comfortable while out on the land. From nappa fuel, gasoline, and toboggans, to food items, fishing supplies, survival suits and SPOT devices. We are here to keep you safe and stocked.
