Project Description
Allavvik Building is a 34,500 square foot commercial office building at the Inuksugait Complex in Iqaluit. Construction of this $9 million building began in 2010 and was completed in 2012.
The project was developed by QC’s subsidiary company, Qikiqtaaluk Properties Inc. and construction by NCC Development Ltd.
The office building achieved a 100 percent occupancy within one year. QPI is the owner and property manager of the building and leases office space to the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CanNor), Nunavut Justice Department and the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board.
